*Refer-a-friend bonuses only apply to RN and Allied Health referrals for specialties that Springboard Health staffs on assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer. Clinicians who have worked for Springboard Health previously do not qualify for a referral bonus. Refer-a-friend bonuses are paid out in two disbursements (50% when the referral starts their assignment and 50% when they complete their assignment).
