Work with great people. Travel Nurse Recruiters/Relationship Managers make up the backbone of our travel healthcare staffing business. Relationship Managers build relationships with talented clinical professionals and help place them in assignments at hospitals across the country. As a recruiter, daily you will identify, qualify, and recruit clinical professionals through outbound calls, messaging, and social media. To be successful, you must be great with technology and have an entrepreneurial spirit. Recruiters are the ultimate career matchmakers!

Identify, recruit, and retain qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments
Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career
Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities
Generate leads through various recruiting channels, social media, and referrals
Achieve results and meet recruiting goals
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
Utilizing time management and organizational skills to run a successful desk
Utilizing strong communication skills to work with account managers

Driven and have a desire to grow your own desk
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to build relationships and work with a team
Positive attitude and likes to have fun
Enthusiastic about being part the healthcare industry
Ability to manage multiple tasks daily while maintaining a growing business

1+ years of experience in a sales or recruitment position
Track record of success in previous position

We offer a very competitive pay package (base salary + commission). Base: $40K. First year OTE: $75-95K. Second year OTE: $100-175K. We offer Medical with a Health Savings Account, Dental, Vision, Accident & Critical Illness, Life Insurance, and a 401(k)-retirement plan with company match. Short & Long-Term Disability insurance is fully paid by the company after 1 year of service. We also offer 2 weeks of PTO on an accrual basis after 90 days of service, increasing to 3 weeks after 1 year of service.
